We are committed to giving back to the creative community and industry by actively participating in speaking engagements, workshops, and conferences by sharing our insights, best practices, and innovative approaches. These speaking engagements provide a platform for us to connect with fellow creators, enthusiasts, and industry professionals, and to inspire the next generation of storytellers.

In April 2025, Lena was honored to speak at the AWS Theater during the NAB Show. The presentation, "Next-Gen Streaming: Breaking Free from Connected TVs," provided an in-depth look at how content providers can innovate beyond traditional models, and which solutions are shaping the future of streaming.

As a distinguished expert in the entertainment field, Lena was honored to share insights, innovative ideas, and visionary perspectives at the Global Sports Forum in 2022. She interviewed former NBA star Matt Barnes and listeners discovered how athlete owned businesses are shaping the future of consumer goods, financial institutions, fashion, and more through their impactful influence and business-minded leadership.

In an ever-shifting marketing landscape, innovation, agility and consumer insights can make or break a business. Adweek's Challenger Brands summit is a signature Brandweek series event to learn from disruptive and legendary brands that are redefining the industry. In 2021, Lena moderated for Adweek on the topic of How Entertainment Needs are Changing, discussing how studios, production companies, and consumer consumption has been evolving

Lena was a panelist 2018 for the HPA Block Chain Media Summary. The Hollywood Professional Association is dedicated to recognizing, educating, and connecting businesses with a diverse community who provide creative and technical expertise, support, tools and infrastructure for professional content creation, distribution and archive in the media and entertainment industry. In her discussion, she talked about how block chain technology could be used then for studios and production houses. Additionally, Lena brought insider knowledge on what the future looked like for block chain

HPA Media Summary

UCLA's Center for Media, Entertainment & Sports assembled executives, entrepreneurs and academics in 2019 to explore the consumer trends, technologies and entertainment experiences that will transform the entertainment industry. The conference showcased promising ventures in eSports and blockchain, and explored the next wave of innovation in sports and live entertainment. Lena commanded a solo stage as a featured speaker for a panel titled Technology in the Age of the Consumer. The session explored how leaders could employ strategy and operations to make content around the world and embrace that pace as the “new normal”.

Up Next Conference

HITS is a community of IT technologists representing the Hollywood studios, independent content creators and their supporting information technology partners. While working at Warner Bros, Lena lent her expertise to the Hollywood Innovation and Transformation Summit. Her panel topic titled Going Hyper-Local: Digitally-Enabling Your Studio’s Global Growth  tackled what’s needed in the way of customization, interfaces, and market intelligence to deliver content across 190 countries, covering rights management, language and ratings localization, and availability of assets from the perspective of a studio.

In 2018, Lena was approached by the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a nationally ranked top 25 business school, to speak at the UCLA Technology Enhancements. An expert on emerging technology, Lena's panel focused on blockchain and other media tech to watch. Always one to make sure new trends aren't missed, the conversation focused on how to keep an eye out for how these new technologies, insights into how production companies could use it, implications on how studios were looking to use block chain, future business opportunities using new tech, and the potential pitfalls of these unfamiliar genres.
