WIF advocates for and advances the careers of women working in the screen industries—to achieve parity and transform culture. Lena works with the group to evolve their strategic plans for reach and impact. Central to the work is ensuring inclusion is the crux of all the group's output. Additionally, Lena works on identifying compelling stories by way of data analytics to help shape the impact of the WIF and the messages they are supporting.
Women in Film
Lena ran the DEG Technology committee for many years while at Warner Bros. One of her biggest accomplishments was creating the group's very first technology awards show. During the inaugural year, Lena also hosted the event, created the judging framework, and was in charge of run-of-show. This awards show continues to be one of the most celebrated awards show for technologists in the entertainment industry.
