Lena was very proud to serve as a key leader on a strategic 5-year transformation project for Women In Film (WIF), a leading organization committed to achieving parity in the screen industries. The project focused on evolving WIF's core strategy to strengthen its impact and accelerate its mission of transforming culture. This work provided WIF with a roadmap to enhance its leadership and influence for years to come.

Lena values discretion for her clients who prefer it. Currently, she and Explore Dream Discover Productions are working on several unscripted series. The projects are currently being shopped for brand sponsorships, production deals, and more.
Unscripted Series

As a key contributor at Versus, Lena's role centered on spearheading strategic business initiatives, aimed at cultivating partnerships with prominent entities in the entertainment and sports industries. With a focus on expanding Versus' reach and fostering awareness, Lena diligently identified and pursued opportunities to engage with influential companies, devising innovative approaches to promote and integrate Versus' services within dynamic landscapes. Her responsibilities included securing new business ventures and leveraging these alliances to enhance the visibility and utilization of Versus' offerings in novel and impactful ways.
Versus Systems

HUE was developed in recognition of the rapidly evolving cultural diversity in our world, founding products that they are truly for every man. Lena created a promotional business opportunity for Hue for Everyman and Versus Systems to showcase the amazing product of Hue for Everyman, co-founded by Matt Barnes- NBA Champion and Host of All The Smoke, She was most influential in the gamification for promotions using Versus Systems "Click Play Win" advertising tool. This project was a win for both groups, leading to additional awareness for the brands, including invigorating tech experiences, social media activations, and discussions on athletes' post sports careers.
Hue for Every Man

Hoop Dreams
As a business partner in Hoop Dreams, Lena is integral to the supporting the group's mission alongside Michael B. Jordan. Hoop Dreams focuses on "Believe in the Dream," the group's business venture that grows entertainment and purpose driven initiatives to support anyone who has a dream in the sport and life of basketball.
The business details are currently confidential, but an initial launch supported Michael B. Jordan’s goal of assisting his HBCU's basketball showcase (which he launched in 2020) by working on a clothing collaboration with Mitchell & Ness. The product was a Hoop Dreams Varsity Jacket, shown in images in the carousel to the left. The limited-edition and exclusive Hoop Dreams Varsity Jacket was crafted in a classic black and white colorway with leather sleeves, wool body, and premium embroidered ‘23’, Hoop Dreams and Mitchell & Ness patches.
